PAT4CGT to Attend 2024 ESGCT Congress

Members of the PAT4CGT project will be at booth E23 at the ESGCT Congress in Rome between 22-25 October 2024.

Taking place at the La Nuvola Convention Centre, the ESGCT Congress is set to be the largest event of its kind in Europe this year and will hear from leading researchers, innovators and CGT manufacturers.

Representatives from Limula, Da Vinci Labs and Stemmatters will be on hand at the Congress to discuss all technical aspects of the PAT4CGT project while members of the Crowdhelix team will be available to describe the impact of the Cell and Gene Therapy Helix, which is now home to over 260 experts from more than 120 international organisations.

PAT4CGT Project Objective

We aim to build a fully closed and automated manufacturing platform for Cell and Gene Therapies. With the PAT4CGT process analytics module, we remove the need for manual sampling steps, drastically lowering the risk of human error or contamination.

PAT4CGT Project Impact

• Miniaturised sensors support data collection from low volumes.

• Automated online process monitoring provides real-time information and digital batch records.

• Removing manual steps minimises deviations and enhances reproducibility.

• The generation of actionable information will support process improvements.

• Combined with an automated bioreactor, it has the potential to enable in-process control.
